The following words are used with specific meanings in these Terms:

8.1 Closure by takabed15

In the following circumstances, takabed15 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice:

• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Failure to submit requested documents within the specified time.
• Order of a court or regulatory authority.

8.2 Closure by User

8.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that have been completely inactive for 12 months will be marked as "inactive" and an administrative fee may apply for balance maintenance.
